  • Connect with yourself, connect with your inner child, practice gratitude, let go of negativity

  • Take time for yourself by choosing things that you enjoy.

  • Listen music

  • Practice gratitude for everything you have accomplished

  • Pamper your body

  • Eat your favourite meal

  • Watch your favourite movie

  • Connect with the nature

  • Honour your boundaries

  • Be open to receiving

  • Wear clothes that makes you feel confident

  • Clothes that makes you feel good about yourself.

  • Meet with people that makes you feel great, positive people.

  • Love yourself, stop looking for validation from other people.

  • Beauty comes from within.

  • Close your eyes put your hand on your heart, take a deep breath in and connect with the beating of your heart, feel it under your hand
