Sleep

Sleep is essential for our mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Sleep is Nature’s restorer and much of healing is done while we sleep. The inability to fall asleep, stay asleep or have good quality sleep is a common problem that can limit day-to-day functioning. Severe and prolonged insomnia can lead to depression and other health issues.
